Expedited Shipping for Backorders | |
If ESCO is backordered on a title, expedited shipping cannot be selected for the order. All of the books on your order MUST be available at our Tempe location to expedite your shipment. Books shipped from the ESCO headquarters in Tempe,AZ will arrive within 2 - 5 business days. Books that are indicated as SHIPPING FROM AN ALTERNATE WAREHOUSE do not qualify for expedited shipping. Please allow up to 10 business days for ESCO to process items shipping from an alternate warehouse. | |
What if a particular book is out of stock? | |
ESCO does not anticipate any backorders. In the case that a book is backordered, the book will ship to your home within 10 business days at ESCOs expense. If, however, a title is unavailable due to a publisher printing shortage, the book will ship as soon as stock becomes available. Your school administration will be notified of all publisher delays. | |
What if my order is incomplete when it arrives? | |
Check your packing slip. If an item is marked SHIPPING SEPARATELY the book is shipping from an alternate warehouse. Books shipping from an alternate warehouse may take up to 7-10 additional days to process. If you are missing an item that is marked SHIPPING NOW, contact ESCO customer service immediately, by using our online chat, located on your online bookstore website Help Desk . | |
Why are Used books not always available? | |
We offer Used books whenever possible. If a Used book is currently in stock, it will appear on your screen. We obtain Used books through our buyback program. The used book supply may vary as the school year progresses. Order your books early for more used book options. | |
What do I do if I forgot my password? | |
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the Forgot Password link (located at the top right corner of the screen) and your password will be emailed to the address we have on file.
